The Time is Now

is there space for me 

will the world wait to see 

am i wasting my life 

waiting for everything to be right 

who’s waiting for me to wake up 

praying for me to show up 

wondering if i exist 

hoping for me to persist 

through the self-doubt

through the seasons of drought
