Roses

I took a beautiful walk in a rose garden and it was so gorgeous and enchanting. I thought about the different types of roses, the beauty that’s intertwined in the stems and how they remind me so much about my life. The actual bloom of the rose is so beautiful while it is in bloom. The bloom of my life that everyone sees is equally beautiful, but what’s not seen is some of the thorns on my stem. These thorns have allowed me to grow and I’m sure in your life there are some thorns that the average person doesn’t get to see.  

Life is so complex, just like the rose bushes our lives can be beautiful even with the thorns as long as we keep our main focus on the bloom.
